It includes Single Stand CRM and Multi-Stand CRM, which is to accurately roll the HR strips, aluminium foil, sheet. The Line is composed of Rolling, Hydraulic and AGC System, Automatic Thickness Gauge, Uncoiler and Recoiler, Cooling System, Automatic Welding.

A. Equipment Feature

The CRM is to roll the CR thin strip, wide strip, common steel, stainless steel, the Characteristics of 6-Hi CRM is as below:

1. The Uncoiler is located before the Doctor Plate, Pinch Roll, 3-Roll Straightener, for feeding and uncoiling.

2. The Left and Right Recoiler helps to recoil the strip, bring tension, assist coil unloading. For Thick material, it applies low speed with high tension. For Thin Material, it applies high speed with low tension. Hydraulic cylinder is used for different gears.

3. The 6-Hi CRM has 2 main motors for upper and lower work rolls. The bending force is different for various width and thickness.

• AGC Control
• Accurate Hydraulic System
• Stable Lubrication System
• Moveable Thickness Gauge

4. Accurate Strip Shape Control Technology for better shape and flatness

5. The Control System includes Laser Speed Meter, Tension Measurement System, Hydraulic AGC, Thickness Gauge, for both Constant Roll Gap and Constant Roll Pressure. The Line is DC speed control, PLC, Automation for automatic production.
